Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern all purchases from Levavo Ltd relating specifically to my3Dtwin figurines.

We can change these terms and conditions at any time without a notice.

 

Delivery:

On completion of production of your figurine (this may take up to 21 working days from the date of your scan) in the booth, you will be sent an email letting you know that it is ready for delivery and the date it will be posted. We will arrange to post it to you via first class royal mail. You are welcome to collect your figurine from the studio if you don't want us to post it. Just wait for the email to tell you its ready and pop in.


Refused Delivery:

If a delivery is refused once it has left our studio, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our studio, in accordance with the delivery cost.


Damaged Goods:

Levavo ltd must be notified of damaged goods / faulty goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. A signature made against a delivery is confirmation that the customer has received the goods as stated on the delivery note. If the packaging appears damaged, please ensure you note this when signing for the package and contact us immediately.

 

Change or cancel an order:

We are sorry but in most circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. Once your image results have been sent to be printed the data cannot be changed. If once the figurine has been printed you don’t like the results unfortunately we cannot refund you purchase, should you wish to have another figurine then a discount will be given on the second and subsequent purchases in cases of dissatisfaction. If you need to discuss your order with us or if you would like to add new items to your order, please email at support@levavo.com where we will try to assist you. If you need to change details of your delivery address, or change your appointment time please contact our customer service team email to support@lavavo.com please detail your order number and postcode in your email header. To protect your privacy your figurine will only have a serial number on the bottom and not a name, so please take note of the number for reference purposes before leaving the studio. We take data protection very seriously and will not release any of your data to a third party without your permission. We will also email this number to you when it is ready for delivery. All data is stored under the terms and conditions of the Data protection Act 1998.


Refunds:

We don't provide refunds on my3Dtwin figurines but we will do a reprint if there is a notable fault in the print or damage caused in the studio before packaging. The standard and quality should be the same as the samples on display in the showroom or at the mobile studio on the day of your appointment. Please not that some surfaces and textures do not print or reflect light as well as others, shiny surfaces may cause a glare and some fabrics may note print as well as others. Our technician will inform you how to get the best out of your my3Dtwin experience on arrival. Should any part of an order be cancelled at any time, an administration charge of 20% or a minimum of £30 will be chargeable along with any costs incurred by Levavo Ltd.


Marketing:

We assume our customers agree that their images may be used for future promotional material.Please contact us if you do not wish your images to be used for future promotional material.
